  1. I need help interpreting dump file to find cause of BSOD

I started having multiple BSOD after reinstalling windows. It happens when GPU usage and temperature is high. This doesn't happen if the fan speed is on max, but it still shouldn't happen normally. It was fine before windows reinstallation. I tried the basic things like sfc /scannow, driver updates, etc, but nothing worked. I just need someone to help me understand what is actually causing the BSOD. Hi Groggubus,

Welcome to the 10forums I need help interpreting dump file to find cause of BSOD :)

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please follow this suggestion for the BSOD
    1. Please open BitDefender and go to the modules,
    2. Go to the firewall settings,
    3. Uncheck 'Block port scans in the network',
    4. Reboot your system <-- IMPORTANT

How to Interpret Minidump files to identify causes of BSOD

My laptop is about 4 months old. One time, I got really bad BSOD issues due possible to undervolting both the gpu and cpu, fortunately, it got fixed with the help of this community.

But now, I started to have this random BSOD about once a week, and I was unable to save the stop code for it so I directly went to the minidump folder.

Now, I need help in interpreting the dump file, I will upload it here with the link, and if someone could kindly aid me, it would help a lot!
