I need assistance with recovering my Microsoft account details and activating my Windows and Office 365 subscriptions.In 2020 or I guess 21it was during covid, my father purchased a laptoplenovofor me, and the shop owner set up everything, including creating a Microsoft account and activating Windows and Office 365. when the update of windows 11 was available, I upgraded to Windows 11, but it caused significant lag on my laptop. I decided to revert to Windows 10 but there wasn't any options in settingsalready a month had passed so took help of lenovo's website and installed windows 10 ag

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.
