Windows 10: I need acces from TrustedInstaller problem

Hi, I just redownloaded windows 11, i have two disk but every time when i want to download something or delete something in my disk its says: you need acces from TrustedInstaller, but when i want to allow for everything for my user in the security option a windows security error pops up and says: C:\DumpStack.log.tmp The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. But im the only one who is using this pc infact i just redownloaded windows 11. I dont know if it's the problem but i see an Account Unknown in the users, but i dont know what it is. Please help!

Restore WindowsApps permissionss to TrustedInstaller

Initially I got the same error that said “NTService\TrustedInstaller is not from a domain listed in the Select Location dialog box, and is therefore not valid.”

My problem was the lack of a space in "NT Service\TrustedInstaller."

TrustedInstaller deleted

Hi all.

Newbie here. I've made a grave mistake by deleting "TrustedInstaller".
Before that I've took over the permissions of my C:\ OS drive and gave them to my only Administrator account.
Now I can't open C:\ drive, install any programs besides Google Chrome by some reason.
Already tried restoring system from a backup date 2 times. It didn't help. First time before 3 days ago, next time from a month ago. I've used the Reset option of Windows to get back to manufacturer settings. Nothing.
Tried to add back "TrustedInstaller" to the list of Advanced Security Settings of drive C:\ by "NT Service\TrustedInstaller".
Doesn't help. Same error as every time. Acces for all the accounts is disabled. Windows Troubleshooter also not responsive cause of the permissions. Basicly most of the things I'm trying to do I'm not being allowed to.
Any help will be appreciated. I know I've screwed up. Is there still anything I can do instead of clean install?

How to Escilate Trustedinstaller privileges

Yes, I understand That Trustedinstaller Has the highest privileges but are there ways to use a vulnerability like:

"Insecure Service Properties

• Unquoted Service Paths
  
• Weak Registry Permissions
  
• Insecure Service Executables"
  
  In Windows Or A tool To Escalate Trustedinstaller privileges ?
