Can you please link me to a Driver for my Samsung SE-2084D DVD Writer? Samsung is of no use. I bought it when I had Windows 7 (later 10) on another PC but I now have a new PC with Windows 10 and don't recall whether or not this device came with an Installation Disc or not. I've found the exact model at Samsung's website but there's only an Instruction Manual there for download. No Driver Software. Customer Service is a running gag where each person tells you to explain your issue in detail and then say that you need someone different and then they transfer you to someone else who does the exact same thing to you until you finally get someone who tells you that Live Chat isn't for Computer Accessories and that you need to call by phone. Which is another joke, entirely. -{

I followed that link, not noticing that it's for AU only, and only found the AU Chat Support when I was led to a dead page.

I'd still like to address the issue with my faulty Model SE-218 Portable DVD Writer, so please post if you know the correct avenue for me to contact.

I'll just be knocking on Samsung doors 'til then.
