I loose by acident game mirrors of albion and cant download , it says i have a game ,bat i have not. Wat to do

Is this a Store game or Steam game? I can't find it in Microsoft Store. (I can find only Mirrors of Albion which might be same which you are referring to)

If it was a Store game - You should follow the below process for refund

Cannot pullup game

Since Updates are now in the Windows Store I cannot get into my game Alice in the Mirrors of Albion - A Game Insight game - getting message (sometimes) Unable to connect to server check your Internet connection - which of course is fine - anyone else having
this happen and could you resolve - thank you

Install game in Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the game I compatibility mode and check: Follow these steps:

• 
  Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
  
• 
  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  ‘properties’.
  
• 
  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 10 from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists
