Windows 10: I keep getting "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry-undoing changes." when...

I have a Windows Surface Laptop 4 and I am on Windows 11. When trying to install this update2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034204I am getting the following message:"Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry-undoing changes. Please keep your computer on."I have tried this update 3 times already to no success.

我Windows update完後, 開機會出現這字樣something didn't go as planned. no need to worry-undoing changes. please keep your computer on. 卡了5個小時之

後來有強制關機三次到Windows 恢復環境，使用系統修復、安全模式、命令提示符，

但每次開機依然顯示something didn't go as planned. no need to worry-undoing changes. please keep your computer on.
想問有甚麼方式可以跳過更新或是解決? 謝謝!

I updated windows 11 to newer version. After the update the pc got stuck on this screen "something didn't go as planned. no need to worry-undoing changes. please keep your computer on.". I waited for 12 hours and nothing changed still stuck. I really need a solution without resetting the windows, because I have some projects on the Desktop I can't lose.

Or At least If there's no solution, I need a method to move my project folder to another disk before reinstall windows.
