Windows 10: I keep getting a pop-up that says "cannot find script file...

I keep getting this pop up message, even though I have run the windows security scan.

unable to locate the file, an application is causing this error to pop-up. If that is the case, we suggest that you boot your PC in Safe Mode and see if the error still pops up. You may follow the steps on this

If the problem does not exist in Safe Mode, we would know that an application is causing the error. However, if the problem is presented while in Safe Mode, the problem may be caused by Windows itself.

When i open browser i get pop up says Warning- unresponsive script

I am consistently getting a pop up on my screen. I have Windows 10 and use Firefox as my browser. The pop up says Warning- unresponsive script. Under that it gives three choices, Continue - Debug - Stop Script. No matter which one I pick, nothing happens
and it just pops up again. All I can do is reboot and this gets a little old. Can someone give me a suggestion on what to do about this annoying problem?
