I installed an application it's Safe Exam Browser, when I filled the password to run the application it can't. The Microsoft .NET Framework appeard and it said invalid namespace and when I clicked quit, my laptop got freezed . How can I fix it?

Microsoft cannot install Safe Exam Browser

I am trying to install Safe exam browser but cannot. I have tried using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and follow instructions on installation by SEB. Weird thing is that I have installed it the other day without hassle but uninstalled later since I am also trying to install GoTo Training which is not working last time. I need both GoToTraining and SEB apps for the exam. What I did was I updated Windows 10 and Microsoft Store at first attempt then uninstall recent apps installed including SEB. Then after restart, I installed first GotoTraining then SEB. This time I cannot install SEB. I followed the same procedure I did when I first installed SEB using Firefox browser. I completely installed SEB before. I got to access the exam page but I was dropped in the exam list because I cannot install GoTotraining on the exam day. So I did another running updates for Windows and app store then restarted my laptop. But still not working for SEB. This is the same screen appeared when I cannot install GotoTraining app before, but now opposite, happening to SEB. When I clicked update now, it lead me to windows update prompting updated or microsoft store recently updated. I have run troubleshooting and all, been researching in the web for couple of days how to configure my laptop. Bit disappointed. Ihave to reschedule my exam. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

 

Safe Exam Browser Stress Testing/Changes

I'm not sure that it's possible to do that. It sounds like an attempt to bypass security settings in Safe Exam Browser. The whole purpose of Safe Exam Browser is to prevent access to any other programs while someone is logged into the browser.

What is the reason for needing to make such changes?
