Windows 10: i have uninstalled my external disk how can i reinstall it?

ok.so my external wd disk was not showing up in my file explorer and i decided to reinstall it to fix it. by the way i have already checked the usb ports and everything but my disk doesnt show upand now my problem is that i uninstalled it and dont know how to reinsstal it back
