Discus and support I have Two updates that I am receiving errors 0x80071a91 for both win11 updates. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Every time I try to update the updates listed below I receive an Error 0x80071a90 for both updates.     I have Two updates that I am receiving errors 0x80071a91 for both win11 updates.


    Every time I try to update the updates listed below I receive an Error 0x80071a90 for both updates. Can someone please help me out on how to fix this issue, should I preform a factory reset & re install win11.1 2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based system KB50348482 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, Version 23H2 for x64 KB5034467

    Windows 11 0x80071a91

    Hello.
    Unfortunately, after a reset, the updates have refused to install with the error code 0x80071a91. The updates are KB5010386 and KB5009469. I've also received such with both older and newer updates including even the newest Cumulative update KB5010414.
    Is there any other way to resolve this? The other steps suggested have also been a flop, unfortunately.

    Hello all,

    Sorry if I am posting this thread in the wrong forum, but I have been trying to fix this problem for over a month now.

    So, I have windows 10 installed on my desktop and for over a month now I am not able to install any updates in this PC, I always get the same error:
    error 0x80071A91.

    I have tried a lot of suggestions which I found through different forums and microsoft forums also, but with no luck..
