Windows 10: I have purchased Kworld VHSto DVD Video Editing DVD Maker 2.

It works on windows 7 but not on 10. It says Cyberlink powerdirector could not start the recording due to: 1. computers operating system not recognising the capture device2. the capture format not being compliant with the industry standard format3. there being no time/date stamp information on the tape or information containing errors. The audio and video works but as soon as i hit record i get the above error.I have tried updating the drivers and it says i have the latest driver installed. I have looked on the kworld site and no driver updates.

My Kworld DVD Maker 2 not installing

My Kworld DVD Maker 2 used to work fine on my Windows 10 computer in 2020 but now it seems it won't install the driver from the CD and says "Installer encountered an error 0x80096002 The certificate for the signer of the message is invalid or not found". I have tried to find updated driver file with no luck. Any ideas?

We have installed the DVD for the above into our computer. We have been trying to capture the video from a video recorder through the USB port. However this is not working. Can anyone help please?

Hello, I understand that you are having some trouble getting the Kworld DVD Maker 2 to work for Windows 10. First, I want you to check if the box says it supports Windows 10. If it doesn't, you will have to visit their official website to download the
latest drivers they are "officially"distributing.
