Windows 10: I have MSN Explorer and I cannot stay signed in to the program for more than 10 minutes

I have MSN Explorer and I cannot stay signed in to the program for more than ten minutes before it logs off.

The screen resolution is defined by the size of the display. Width x Height.

Example: 1280x960

You just need to select a resolution that either has a smaller Width number with the same Height number, or a larger Height number with the same Width number.

Examples: 1280x1024 or 1152x960

Note: Your available resolutions may vary, depending on the Graphic Card and Monitor supported resolutions.

You should always keep the drivers for the installed Graphic Card up to date. Check with the Computer manufacturer or Graphic Card manufacturer for the latest drivers.

Have you checked for chipset updates through HP or Intel?

In which mail client can your wife not type text? MSN software or Windows 10 Mail?

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling MSN Premium software or using the following from MSN Solution Center:

• Sign out of MSN Explorer.
• Launch MSN Explorer, but do not sign in.
• Click the Upgrade Now option at the top of the screen.
• If prompted to allow MSN Explorer to make changes to your computer, click
  Yes.
• Once the MSN Installer has loaded, click the X in the upper right hand corner to close the Installer.
• Sign into MSN Explorer and the mail issues should be resolved.

I would suggest you to uninstall MSN Explorer and reinstall the same and check if it helps.
