I have created a new outlook mail: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** when I purchased new lenovo laptop. Later I forgot my password. I never logged in to it or purchased any product or sent mail to others or changed password for that account. Now I am unable to recover my account and in my lap this mail is administrator mail. Forgot password in process of starting new Lenovo laptop

Purchased new Lenovo Ideapad 110-151sk model 80UD with Windows 10. Started the process of opening the new computer and wrote a password on a scratch sheet. Did not complete the process and lost scratch sheet and password so can not open laptop and complete
installation.

 

New Outlook for Windows

In 2024, Microsoft will push the New Outlook for Windows to all laptops and remove the "Mail and Calendar" app.

I just tried out the New Outlook for Windows, and I found it did not work for me.

When comes 2024, can I refused to have the New Outlook for Windows installed on my laptop and stop the removal of "Mail and Calendar"

If that is not possible, would someone please suggest another app that will work the same as "mail"

The main reason for not using the New Outlook for Windows is that it is not possible to have group mailing.

I tried to setup a group contact list. When I entered that list in the "to" field, New Outlook for Windows cannot send the mail. I have to enter all email addresses manually.

Another minor problem is that I have multiple email accounts, each account must have its own contact list when using New Outlook for Windows.

In the Mail app, you only need one contact list, all accounts can use that same list.

Forgot password: Create a new user in Windows10

Like the title says I have the case, that someone in the family forgot his password on his Laptop with Windows 10.

Now he doesn't want to reinstall windows 10 immediately for the case he might will remember his password again.

Is it possible to create a new user-account without the ability to log in?
