    I have an unexplained recurrent annual charge of 108.61 to my account. I have no active subscriptions to my account. This is a mistake and needs to be refunded. I am not receiving any products.There is no online support to get help aside from posting on this forum which I find utterly ridiculous.

    Unexplained charge to my account

    Hello, I have an unexplained charge to my account of £59.99 on the 28th of May. I have not signed up to any subscriptions or payments to my knowledge. My main account on Microsoft is my business account that would not have resulted in charges to my personal account.

    I have 3 accounts. 2 personal and 1 business account with no transaction history. I’m finding it extremely difficult to understand the charge and speak to someone to resolve this.

    I have no transaction history, have not signed up to any subscriptions to my knowledge and there will have been no one else that has made this charge unless my security has been compromised.

    Fraud recurrent charges OneDrive

    I need to know how to reach someone in Microsofts fraud department to end recurrent charges to my bank; I changed my debit card number but my bank is stupid and updated the merchant with the new account number, so I continue to get recurrent monthly subscription charges for One Drive; any help would be appreciated, thanks.
