Windows 10: I have an error about UCM-UCSI ACPI Device. Code 43

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43UCSI PPM failed to complete UCSI command in a timely manner. Please contact UCSI device or system manufacturer to investigate. Command:SetNotificationEnableI need help with this one, I read that it can be cause of USB type-c, but my phone is charging okay, and I can see media on my phone, so I don't have any idea why it's reported a problem.OS is Windows 11 23H2.Lenovo Legion Y530-15IBY Intel UHD 630 drivers are updated.Nvidia 1050 2GB drivers are also updated.BIOS version is 8JCN56WW.Mode is AHCI not an RST Int

UCM-UCSI ACPI Device driver error

Hello, I have some problems with my HP 846 G9 laptop with Windows 11 22h2. My USB-TYPE C ports have problems.

For the UCM-UCSI ACPI Device, it reports an error that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".



UCSI PPM failed to complete the UCSI command promptly. Please contact the UCSI device or system manufacturer to investigate.

(Command: SetNotificationEnable)

When I try to plug in a USB HUB with an HDMI port and try to use an external monitor connected to the HUB, no connection is reported and no image appears probably due to the UCM-UCSI ACPI Device driver error.

I've had the same problem with UCM-UCSI ACPI Device driver 43 error on Windows 11.

So, the solution to me has been to shut down the computer and then press the Power button during 50 seconds.

I try to reply to you answer, I think doesn't apply to my case:

- In similar cases in some forums in other languages, it can be related to BIOS cache errors and may require a reset to release BIOS data.

My HP has an AMD cpu, not Intel.

BIOS is up to date.

Similar PC with Windows 10 works perfectly.. I think is a problem with Windows 11. All PCs in my company running windows 11 have the same issue.
