Windows 10: I have a problem with payments supposedly made by Microsoft.

Without any warning, there were payments supposedly made by Microsoft as it states here. I live in Japan.It was also an abnormal amount of times this kind of mails came telling me that the balance was insufficient since it actually drained out all my money. And some of them just say that those were transactions from the overseas.I called to my card’s company, and they told me to call Microsoft costumer support, but it’s very confusing since it’s very hard to communicate with someone because it’s always using an automated system.I also looked that in my payment history, it only shows the normal

One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:

• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.
