Windows 10: i have a lot of bugs in my laptop??

Hi, i have a lot of random bugs in my laptop and I checked the hardware but every thing is good and I reseted my pc and it is still have the same problem and every time it freeze I need to do a hard reset Glitches or bugs likeevery USB device stop working, screen is on but nothing to see, laptop keyboard doesn't work, laptop is working but there is no respond from my apps Is there a solution????

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
