I already reinstalled Windows and updated all the drivers and the bios. But it's so slow. I did a benchmark with geekbench and it's 350 for the single-core. When I booted a live Linux and did the same test it was 1200 for the single-core and 3800 for multicore. I also edited the power settings so the cpu is always 100% but still the same. Any ideas why this is so slow?

Lenovo Announces the ThinkPad P50 and P70 Mobile Workstations

Lenovo today unveiled the beginning of a new family of mobile workstation innovations, the ThinkPad P50 and P70, at the SIGGRAPH 2015 Conference and Exhibition. These new ThinkPad P Series systems are the best-performing and most reliable mobile workstations available and are designed to run the most demanding Independent Software Vendor (ISV) applications.

ThinkPad P70: Designed for high-end professionals in industries ranging from media and entertainment to oil and gas, the Lenovo ThinkPad P70 introduces a 17-inch mobile workstation to the ThinkPad family.
