Windows 10: I have a computer that I’ve forgotten a pin too, why won’t it send a code?

What I mean by this is when I click on forgotten your pin it ask me to sign in by sending a code to my email the same one associated with my account that I’m trying to login into my computer with. Once I do I click send code and then the code never arrives. I have check everywhere within my email including junk. So at this point I restarted both phone and computer to see if that would help and it didn’t. So what can I do to login into my computer.

Forgotten PIN and expired password

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

pc won`t update

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer
