Windows 10: I get this message saying "an error occured, please try again later playback...

1, I've tried clearing cache and data. 2, I've tried resetting the router. 3, I've tried installing and reinstalling the Google browser. 4, I've tried to run the dialogue box by typing CMD then when that opens i typed ipconfig/flush to flush the DNS and it said it successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache, but it didn't fix the problem. 5, I've tried the network connections then select WiFi then select prope

An error occurred. Please try again later error message often occurs when trying to watch videos over a network connection or an online video. Problem like this is usually due to an unstable
ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection. For us to clarify your concern, we would like to ask these questions:

• Which browser are you using?

• Did you make any changes on your settings or device prior to the error?
• Do you also encounter error when playing videos from local storage using video apps?
• Does the issue occur on all user profile?
• What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

In the meantime, I suggest you troubleshoot Video Playback by following these steps:

• Go to Settings, then click Update & Security.
• Go to Troubleshoot tab, then look for Video Playback.
• Click Video Playback then Run the troubleshooter.
