Windows 10: I get logged off every website in every browser and some apps too

This started happening when I "Reset This PC" because of another issue. I tried installing multiple browsers Edge, Chrome, OperaGX and attempted to stay logged in every single one main testing sites were GMail and Youtube but every time i closed the browser everything got cleared. I checked every option which included cookies, everything seems fine there, I tried turning them on and off, clearing my cookies and browsing data, checking firewall settings and windows antivirus, to no avail. Another noticeable problem I currently have is with Battle.Net in which the same thing happens every t

All browsers log me off of websites

That could be, but with all browsers, all at once? That would suggest it's the virus protection. The virus protection lists each browser and the cookies that are supposedly in there that I could clean out if I wanted to. It's as if the browsers aren't
seeing the cookies.
