Windows 10: I forgot my pin window hello so i can log in my laptop. Help me please

I forgot my password so i Cannot log in. I so forgot my windows pin Hello. So both cannot log in even reset password because in the windows out the word like on image i sent.

• Open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options
• Click on I forgot my PIN.
• You'll get a warning that you'll need to log in from scratch to access games, social networking, and more. Click on
  Continue.
• Enter your Microsoft account password and then set up the new PIN.
