Windows 10: I feel like I downloaded a malicious media creation tool.

I was trying to reset my computer from a USB so u searched up media creation tool, I clicked one of the first three links and it sent me to https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10, after some research I found out that instead of windows10 and the end its windows10ISO, Ex: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10ISO did I download a malware or did I get the right thing?

Windows 10 or to create a USB or DVD and install Windows 10 on a different PC.
