Windows 10: I disabled all msconfig services, and now I can’t log in.

I’ve had this constant issue with my dell desktop, I can put it on sleep and leave it for weeks, and when I return to it, it’s still just in sleep mode, but other times, if I return to the computer 30 mins after putting it in sleep mode, it will have restarted/ shut down, it just seems to restart or shut down randomly on its own when I only put it in sleep mode. I followed a couple tutorials trying to resolve this initial issue, one of them included disabling all msconfig services and restarting, once I had done this, I was sent to the Home Screen, and I’m no longer able to enter my pin. Msconfig services disabled

I accidentally disabled all msconfig services,all appears are the internet icon wich is not connected to the internet,ease of access and power icon. I cant log in to the window that is already been disabled please help me on how to enable all the msconfig
services that i accidentally disabled.

I accidently disabled all services in MSConfig. I am brought to the lockscreen but with no pin pad and so I cannot log in.

Windows + Q does not bring up anything.
