    I did not receive a confirmation email from Microsoft


    Hey guys, when I purchased a digital download of Windows 11 so that I could flash it to my recently built gaming pc off a usb, I never received a confirmation email for my purchase. While I was able to download it to my usb drive, I do not have an email from Microsoft in ANY folder, let alone one that contains my product key, which I need. Really hoping I didn't just get scammed out of 140 dollars by Microsoft. How can I find this confirmation email or request it again??

    Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

    No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

    Long delay in receiving email notifications

    Confirmed. I received emails dating back to when I stopped receiving, Jun 3rd. Was something clogging it? *Stick Out Tongue I did not receive a confirmation email from Microsoft :p
