Windows 10: I deleted my setup files on windows 11

Now when I boot my pc it says on the top left RECOVERYError code 0xc000000fI press enter to try again my screen glitches black and does does nothing I’m still on the recovery screen I press f1 to enter recovery environment it turns my pc off and than I’m back to the recovery screen I press f8 for startup settings my screen glitches black and I’m still on the recovery screen If I press esc for uefi firmware settings I got into bios Please help I’ve been trying to fix it for 3hours I got nowhere if anything I’ve made it worse

Windows 11 start menu 'suggested list' does not show files.

After deleting a file from the Windows 11 Start Menu "Suggested List", it does not appear in the "Suggested List" even if the file is used again.

Is there any solution other than initialization? I want you to tell me.

 

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.
