Windows 10: I can't update windows 10 pro 1909 to any later version, preferably 22h2

I have tried the troubleshooter. It reports that there are no issues that it can detect. There is no update catalogue entry for me to use for updating. I have tried the whole process of stopping all update related services, renaming the SoftwareDistribution and catroot2 folders, and then restarting all update related services. Nothing changes. I have tried the windows Upgrade tool, and the Media Creation tool. They both give me the exact same result. It will almost finish installing the update, 99% done, I have a solid blue screen telling me that my computer will be finished and restart in a m

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

Can I Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2 (latest)?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.

I have the same problem as MICJMA22. (I might mention that I have no PAUSE or DEFER set.) However, I don't see any "above steps" for updating manually. Can you post these steps??
