Windows 10: I can't set my JBL Flip 6 speaker as the audio output device.

I can connect the speaker with the PC via bluetooth, but whenever I tried to set the speaker as the audio output device, the option was not there. The only option available every time is the laptop speaker. I have already tried a couple of things: I have tried multiple things via "mmsys.cpl". I have tried to update "Windows Audio" and I have reconnected, reinstalled and restarted the bluetooth connection, as well as the PC multiple times. I've tried so many things, even ChatGPT tells me to retry everything I've already tried, because it doesn't know any other option to help me.

JBL flip 6 - windows volume control not working in USB mode

I’m hoping to use my JBL Flip 6 speaker as my native PC speaker and connected via USB. When I put the speaker into USB mode (and deactivate the Bluetooth) I’m unable to control the volume via windows master. Device appears as (Zgmicro AUDIO) - hoping this can be fixed

 

How can I add my JBL Flip 5 speaker on speaker section on my ASUS ZenBook 14 system ( is not finding it ) ??

Guys, please help.

I have an audio issue, my ASUS ZenBook 14, WIN 11, doesn"t wanna play sounds via bluetooth to my JBL Flip 5 speaker, although, I added the device and was recognised by the system and, yes, of course, bluetooth was on at both devices.

Tried to add my JBL Flip 5 on speakers section on my laptop, and it seems that the system can"t see the device.

I must mention that on my phone, JBL Flip 5 is working brilliant, including on radio, YouTube, Netflix, etc ...

Output Device for JBL Headset Keeps Disappearing

1. Check USB Connection:

   • If you're using a USB hub, try connecting the headset directly to the computer.
     
2. Restart Windows Audio Service:
   
   • Press Win + R type services.msc and press Enter.
     
   • Find "Windows Audio" in the list, right-click it, and select "Restart."
     
3. Update Headset Driver:
   
   • Go to Device Manager (right-click on Start and select "Device Manager").
     
   • Expand "Sound, video and game controllers."
     
   • Find your JBL headset, right-click it, and select "Update driver."
     
   • Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
     
4. Reinstall Device:
   
   • In Device Manager, right-click on your JBL headset and select "Uninstall device."
     
   • Disconnect the headset, restart your PC, and then reconnect the headset. Windows should attempt to reinstall the device.
     
5. Set Default Device:
   
   • Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select "Open Sound settings."
     
   • In the Sound settings, under "Output," make sure your JBL headset is selected as the default device when it appears.
