    I cant reset my computer


    Have been trying to reset my computer windows 11, fully updated while keeping my personal files. When I go to recovery and select the reset option it starts up to process of resetting but always stop at %62. When I try to troubleshoot it it only brings me to the support page and does not actually run the trouble shoot. Does this mean my laptop has a virus or are my windows files corrupted. If anyone know how to fix this or troubleshooting step that would be great.
