Windows 10: I can't open mincraft dungeons

After lunching mincraft dungeons it says press any button to start when I pressed it it loads for a little bit and then the game crashed or freeze I don't sure and gives me a white screen that when I'm not enabled full screen if it's enabled it just quit me to desktop screen but the game still working in the background but I never can open it

• What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• Are you signing in with the same Microsoft Account, you used at the time of purchase?
• What is the complete error message are you receiving while login?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check if the issue persists.



Step 1: Reset the app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.

my mincraft launcher is not opening

when i try to open my mincraft launcher it just don't open. i don't know how this happen, just 1 day the launcher didn't want to work. how can i fix this?

its becuse you didnt use the mincraft mojan website and you probly need the lancher for it ok i think and the microsoft is scaming us from 29.99 bucks you wasted you money for 19.99 both +taxes
