Windows 10: I cant open any virus of thread&protection

There is a message that tells me to restart my thread protection but i can't restart it

click on MsMpEng and modify CFGOtions from (1) to (0) now restart virus and thread protection

You can try these steps.

1. Open the run box Windows key + R

2. When the run box open type “cmd”

3. Right click on the command prompt and select run as administrator.

4. Copy, paste, and enter this command:

REG DELETE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware

5. Once done restart your pc and try to turn on the Windows Defender again.
