Windows 10: I can't log into minecraft launcher with my microsoft account

I opened minecraft launcher and tried to log in with my microsoft account but it just keeps loading and loading! I don't know why this is happening.That's what I already tried to do: - reinstall minecraft - restart my computer - open minecraft with the xbox appI hope you can help me.

Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher must have the same credentials to avoid getting into login issues. If you're having with the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let us know. Please send us a screenshot of the error message if you have any. The main goal here is to have access to Minecraft Launcher and play the game.

So first of all, let us verify your credentials and know where your license is and be connected to Minecraft services.

If your login:

• Sign in | Minecraft - how you log in>
  
  • Sign in with your Mojang account - have you tried How to Migrate Your Mojang Account to a Microsoft - Home (minecraft.net) account
    
  • Sign in with Microsoft - MSA - you should be able to access your account here - https://account.microsoft.com/ If you have migrated your account - MSA must be the login of the Login | Minecraft
    
    • IF Yes - Minecraft license is in

Problem with the minecraft launcher.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

There are many reasons why you can't log in to Minecraft Launcher, but all of them are due to Microsoft Store and related services. I will provide several methods to try to solve this problem, please refer to the following steps for operation:

• Clear the cache on Microsoft Store.
  

1. Press the Windows logo key + R, type wsreset.exe, and select OK.
   
2. After a few seconds a blank command prompt window will appear, which will disappear after about ten seconds and the Microsoft Store will open automatically.This means the cache was cleared successfully.
   

• Make sure you're using the Microsoft Store Install Service.
  

1. Services.msc can be found by pressing Windows Key + S and typing services.msc.
   
2. Locate and double-click the Microsoft Store Install Service; if the status is Running, right-click it and select Restart.
   
3. Change it to Automatic if it's disabled, then click Start and OK.
   

• Reinstall the Microsoft Store app
  

1. Press Windows key + X
   
   Click and Run Windows PowerShell(run as Administrator)Copy and paste the command below then hit Enter:
   
   

• Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher
  

1. Click Start >Settings >Apps，find "Minecraft Launcher" in all apps.
   
2. Click on the "Minecraft Launcher" Advanced options >Uninstall the application.
   
3. Open the Microsoft Store, search for "Minecraft Launcher", download and install it again, and log in to your account to see if it works.

Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
   
2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
   
3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.
