Windows 10: I can't install HP Pen Control for my HP Envy x360 13-ay1001xn

I downloaded a new windows 11 to my laptop. when I tried to download the apps that I was using before with the old windows I couldn't find the HP Pen control app and Microsoft store page for the app appears with no icon/option to download the application. I guess my pen is HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen, the one in the photo and the Microsoft page always appear like what is shown in the screenshot. is there any possible way to get an external link for the application? because the pen's buttons shortcuts aren't working anymore!

HP Spectre x360 13-aw0817nz Pen Compatibility

Hi,

I'm planning on buying a HP Spectre x360 13-aw0817nz (yeah, awful long name but it's important). I've seen a lot of confusion about pen compatibility regarding the Spectre line and could not find out even after hours on the internet if this model supports
pens (HP pens or any others). Not even within HP's own pen line I could really find out. I stumbled over Microsoft Pen Protocol which should solve my problem because all devices that are compatible with HP active pens HAVE to support MPP (tell me if i'm wrong).
So, does the HP Spectre x360 13-aw0817nz support MPP or not? Sadly I didn't get a response from HP so I'm asking here. Please don't remove this question
