Windows 10: i cant do anything

Discus and support i cant do anything in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; i dont have perms to open any games or files i have tried restarting dont have perms to use any app even tho im a admin on my pc i can only install web...     i cant do anything


    i dont have perms to open any games or files i have tried restarting dont have perms to use any app even tho im a admin on my pc i can only install web browsers tf my mom bought this laptop for me from this guy he was not a ms sales man he was a ebay seller i think i cant even change most important SETTIINGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive tried every flipping method i searched i need help now oh and one rror is windws cant open this app and dont have perms to fix it i cant even download the windows 10 fixer pls help

    Windows 11 keeps freezing but mouse still moves but cant do anything.: While playing DOTA2 or other games the application suddenly freeze and mouse is working fine while i can still talk to my friends on DISCORD but entire system freeze and you need to manually restart to get back to the game but the problem still persists...Even if I am not...
