Windows 10: I can't change my PIN code due to 'Organisation' on my OWN PERSONAL COMPUTER

Greetings, I've got the same problem as this guy https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cant-use-pin-due-to-organization-rules-but-im-the/8738b31e-275d-4c82-8631-580f3459548d and I'm so desperate because I don't know what to do, I don't get it why y'all gotta make it so difficult to just change my PIN code??? Like what??? What organisation??? What permission??? What??? I PAID FOR IT, I DON'T KNOW ANY ORGANISATION AND WHY SHOULD IT MANAGE MY COMPUTER??? WHY ARE AUTOMATICAL UPDATES TURNED OFF AND MANAGED BY SOME 'ORGANISATION' ??? COULD Y'ALL HELP ME AT LEAST TO TURN IT OFF,

Personal PC Pin Change Restricted Due to Work???

I went to change the pin code on my personal PC but received the following message "sorry this pin isn't working for your organization's resources". It then required me to log into my work email to then receive a pin code on my work cell phone and THEN
I was permitted to change the pin code on my PERSONAL computer.....what is going on here? Why is my personal computer being controlled by my work? How do I break this link?

 

Cannot change PIN code on my computer?

Hey, I'd like to change my PIN code I have on my computer, but it's not as simple as going into Settings > Account > Sign-in options and changing the PIN. It shows itself as a "Windows Hello PIN". I am not able to change this, because "Sorry - this
PIN isn't working for your organisation's resources. Tap or click here to fix it".





If I do press there, it created a popup where it wants me to login to a Microsoft account; But mine doesn't work, since it doesn't work with personal

accounts, it says



But I already have a working PIN code, that I doubt is a "Windows Hello" code.

I do not want a Windows Hello PIN-code. I just want to change the existing PIN-code I have.

All help sites I have seen has just told you to go under Settings > Account > Sign-in options ect, but that clearly does not work for me. Please help.

Organisation and Personal PC

I recently downloaded office word, PowerPoint, etc using my work email for office 365. It told me i had to change my pin so it fit my organisation's requirements.

Is this the only thing they can manage, considering it is my personal laptop? can they monitor my activity? Would uninstalling office make a difference (would they not have control over that?)?
