Windows 10: I cant add my number to my Microsoft account, did I get blocked?

I cannot add my number either, its telling me to try another verification method, I’ve never added a number to my account, I have no idea what to do, because I’ve tried to add it many times, and since the first time, it doesnt let me, and i’ve never added my phone number ever.

Microsoft Account is Blocked

Okay first I enter the email and password to the login page. It reads that my account is blocked and i need to perform some security steps.

I added a phone number and ask to send the code through text.

Now no text came I tried the Call option still no call came.

Now eventually tried the above steps with a different no.

Guess what, results were same.
