Windows 10: I cannot use my laptop's microphone audio

I cannot hear my audio while using my laptop microphone it says to change privacy settings so I can use it but when I go to settings it says it is accessible, but I still can't hear my audio, and it still says to change my settings privacy. I've already restarted my laptop and changed the settings to get it working but still nothing.
