Windows 10: I cannot use ibis paint anymore for some reason.

I have downloaded ibis paint and paid for a membership. For about 4 months now. there was no problems, until last month, where I opened the app, and I got the message "An error occured, this app will be exited. detail: initialiaziation failed, failed to prepare webview: No such interface supported" I've reinstalled the app and i am able to open the app through the files by clicking on a project, but i dont see that as practical and i would really like some help

I saved my drawing on ibis paint as a png but I can't find it with file explorer, does anyone know where the drawing goes?

No, Ibis Paint X does not show me where the file goes or allows me to choose where the file goes. Sorry if this problem is taking up some of your time.
