Windows 10: I cannot right click on taskbar program icons

Windows 10, 22H2, build 19045.3324Of course, I have googled this and have found similar situations. I CAN right click on windows icon and the icons on the right part of the taskbar notif icon, time icon, network icon, etc.I CANNOT right click on pinned and open programs! I right click and nothing shows up. I tried using keyboard tab only and pressing menu key but same thing, nothing shows up.I have triedeleting 1 item in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers that only has the GUID as nameRunning the PowerShell 'script' as admin then rebooting, which I keep see

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
