why cant i install c++ 2022 redistributable arm64 despite seeing arm64 as my processor architecture in command prompt?

Im trying to install C++ 2019 Redistributable (Arm64) but it wont work at all

Just install the x86 and x64 vc++ redistributables. Like the majority of people, you don't have an ARM64 processor, so it's to be expected that it won't install.
