Windows 10: i cannot get my nexigo camera to be recognized on this computer

I tried turning off fire wall that didn't work reinstalling the device . I got latest version of windows ten. Went to camera not even listed , what gives

Zoom won't recognize my Nexigo webcam.

Hi,

I got a Nexigo webcam. It turns on and seems to work fine, but when I try to connect to Zoom it says it can

not find the camera. Grrrrrr. What do I do??

Thanks for providing the results after completing the steps we provided. Since you're still getting the error message “Your camera cannot be found” along with the error code "0xA00F4244 (0xC00DABED)", we suggest that you follow the steps below
to reset the Camera app on your Windows 10 computer:

• Press the Windows Key + I to open the Settings app.
• From the options presented select System, then click on
  Apps & features located on the left pane.
• Locate the Camera app from the list and select it.
• Select the Advanced options link and then choose Reset.
• When the pop-up notification is shown just click on the Reset
  button once more.
• Once all the steps are complete, kindly reboot your computer.

Completing this steps will clear the cache of the Camera app and allow it to re-recognize any video capture devices connected to your computer.

How do I transfer pictures from camera to computer. Computer no longer recognizes my camera.

  What happen when you connect the camera to the computer? Does it detecting on the computer?

  Try connecting the USB cable on the different port/computer and check if it is working.

  Please check if the camera is detecting on the device manager and let us know what you see. Press
  Windows key + X and select Device manager.
