Windows 10: I cannot calibrate the battery because "Other windows are opened."

Hello. After 4 years of use, my GS63VR 7RG Laptop got a swollen battery. I replace it with a new one. Since then, I keep having the orange tiny light blinking which indicates my battery needs calibration. No matter what I tried, I cannot bypass the "Other windows are opened" error on MSI Battery Calibration tool. I am an expert user. Drivers/Windows10/Every software on it in general is updated to the latest version, I do not have Dragon Center installed and I will not install it, and the official battery replacement was ordered by MSI Netherlands (MSI BTY-M6K).

I tried the following with no success:

1. Closed of course all windows
2. Switched off the background apps option on Windows 10 and restarted
3. Opened cmd and tried with "taskkill /f /im exename.exe" to kill all opened tasks
4. I uninstalled my AVG antivirus and restarted
5. Tried on Safe Mode
6. Did the full 18-hour process with charging laptop, leaving it idle to reach zero, switching it off, charging it again, and so on.

Please help! The windows 10 battery indicator shows whatever he wants... during charge it shows 19% without increasing, another day it showed 38% and when I unplugged it it switched off the laptop as if it didn't have any power from the battery, etc etc ... and the orange light still blinks non stop!

NO SUCH OPTION EXIST IN WINDOWS 10 WHAT IS GUIDED HERE.

As for your concern, what battery calibration are you referring to?

It is normal for a battery to lose its original design capacity as time goes by with the charge and discharge cycle. Using any kind of software to do a battery calibration will not help you regain the lost battery capacity. However, you can run the built-in
power troubleshooter. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, type Troubleshooting.
  
• Click View all.
  
• Select Power and run the troubleshooter.

  When you say “disable windows calibration” are you referring to Color calibration in windows 10?
  

I would suggest you to try the steps under the section “Calibrate your display” to know more about color calibration in
Windows 10. Check if it helps
