After I was forced to update my BIOS recently I am not able to use the windows apps with my account any more. I always get error codes 0x8007000e and 0x80860010. This is my last option to get support, as the "support" website, live chat and even local hotline are all managed by AI unable to help or even comprehend. I already ran through all the help provided for similar error codes findable online. This even already came to the extreme of resetting my windows again and installing it fresh. To no avail.If I was actually unable to log in anywhere this would be less weird, but since I have so far

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
