Windows 10: I can not activate my windows, I get error code 0xc004c003.

I can not activate my windows, I get error code 0xc004c003. Says I don't have a valid digital license, even though I purchased the windows 11 pro enterprise on line I also bought the computer at Best Buy and they said they activated device.I did pay for the upgrade when I purchased the computer, though I never got a product key, so I bought one on line. I called Best Buy and they refunded the update since I did not get a product key. I am wondering if this messed up my ability to register my device. I can not download drivers.

hi im getting activation error Error code: 0xC004C003 on my laptop i bought the laptop brand new from argos last year then did windows update and upgraded to windows 8.1 from 8 i have done the upgrade to windows 10 option but im unable to activate Error code: 0xC004C003 windows when i click go to store it wants me to pay £99 can anyone help

Activation fails Error code: 0xC004C003

I'm experiencing the same problem like you, upgraded my windows 7 professional PC since july 29th and can't activate it.
Product key blocked. Error code: 0xC004C003, several calls to microsoft haven't helped all i keep getting from the agents on phone is to wait 24-48 hours.
It will be two weeks on 12th august still no resolution by microsoft
