Cortana can't hear me

I suggest you to go through the below methods and check if it helps.

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.

Step 2:

KIn two . I can hear callers but they cannot hear me .

my kin phone is broken . I can hear callers but they cannot hear me . I have powered it off and on, removed the battery, tried the headset still cant hear me. it is not muted. any suggestion. It is a KIN Two

 

Cannot hear audio out of Bluetooth headset

If you don't know how to reset the headset:

turn on the headset, then press and hold both the volume up and the volume down buttons for 5-6 seconds. When you hear the double beep, the list will be reset.
