Windows 10: i bought lap top my 3rd computer this administrater has been herrasing me my family five...

hi ive been held at will with this administrater has been herrasing and every computer ive purched or laptop i bring home he puts virus in it this is my third laptop i had two mac computers never got to use because this administrater takes over and signs in third party every device or tv i have he in it its been going on five years as of right now im fighting with this person google web sites are not real because my website got replaced by this person i cant search for anything or open an app i need help * Moved from Outlook/Windows/New Outlook

Wifes lap top-family connection

OK the problem is with my wifes Lap Top, I have her as on the family set up, today she was unable to use her Lap Top to go on her asu account to get her e mails of work she also can not get on the internet. I have checked connections and they are fine
Question does she need an MSN account email or sign in?

new lap top set up with family microsoft account / subscription instead of business account

Hi there

I have bought a new lap top HP Evo

I set it up tonight but used my family account - so the hard drive and one drive is set up to my family microsoft account.

I also have an associated work account with it's own one drive - but now this lap top is not set up to this account, rather, the family one drive and hard drive c:/

Can I change this?

I do not have a business microsoft account I just have a family account underwhich I added my business email account etc.

Hope I"m making sense.

Basically, I've set up my work laptop as my family lap top using my family microsoft 365 account. Do I need to reset it?

Can I reset to factory settings and start again?
