Windows 10: i am unable to schedule the AZ 900 exam using Pearson VUE

Microsoft online exam bad experience with Pearson Vue

Hi,

I'm taking an online exam today with Pearson Vue for PL-300 Power Bi analysis exam in Singapore.

I have an awful experience with taking this online exam as they terminate my exam in last 3mins before exam end.

I passed all the system check, connectivity check and ON camera all time before start the exam.

I dint see my poor connection problem here as it is running smooth with answer each question without break however the admin telling me they lose me.

Is this Pearson technical issue or user technical issue? My camera all time in proper setup and is recording, the exam system also running fine, how come they have different view in another end?

Are Pearson qualify and capable to hold online exam test or not? If they are not capable to do that please do not waste user time.

I'm taking a leave to attend this exam and what piss me off the most is they terminate my exam in last 3 minute. They are wasting my time.

How can they qualify as a professional online test center? If this exam cant proceed please inform in early stage instead of last 3mins before exam end.

As user we respect and take Microsoft exam to upgrade own skillset, Microsoft please take this serious and provide a fair answer to me as well.

Azure exam

Hello

I signed up for the Azure AZ-900 online exam (Pearson VUE).



Unfortunately, every time the app (Pearson VUE) got into simulation mode it crashed.

So I could not take the exam.



I have tried to explain myself several times to chat support without success.



At some point, I was directed to open a ticket in my Azure account, that it is not really effective

1. It is not possible to open a ticket about anything besides Azure products

2. Because the account is free there is no support and it is not possible to open a ticket.



I would love to get a refund and I am still interested in doing the exam, is there any support for the Pearson VUE app?

Is there another option to take the exam?

Pearson VUE or Certiport

I'm looking to take of the Microsoft certs and I can see that you can buy the exam voucher via Pearson or Certiport.
Certiport being much cheaper $79 with retake Pearson is $129 w/o retake.
And it says Certiport is owned by Pearson VUE.
Can anyone tell me what is the difference ?
