Windows 10: I am unable to remove any bluetooth device and also not able to previously connected...

I am unable to remove any bluetooth device and also not able to previously connected device. Tried many things from internet help but still helpless.Need some online help. I tried removing bluetooth device but still it is showing in my system. Also tried the Device manager to remove the bluetooth device driver, updating the device drive but still not able to solve the issue.

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Unable to Connect After Shutdown

I'm having this strange connection issue with my Bluetooth headphones, where if I don't turn them off before I turn off my PC, they won't reconnect to my computer. However, if I go to My Bluetooth Devices and remove the device, I am able to pair them again
after I restart my PC.

This is quite inconvenient, as I occasionally forget to turn my headphones before my PC, and am therefore unable to use them without restarting my computer and pairing them once more.

Steps to recreate:

• Pair a Bluetooth device.
• Turn off your system without first disconnecting the device.
• The device will be unable to reconnect without first removing the device and re-pairing.

Temporary fix:

• Remove the device under My Bluetooth Devices.
• Restart your PC.
• Pair the device again.

Edit: I figured I should mention, I use a pair of Bluedio Turbine headphones.

 

Bluetooth Device not connecting.

• I performed a reset through cloud download of my HP Pavilion 15-dk0050tx Windows 10 Laptop from windows' settings app.
  
• After the reset, I observed that my laptop is unable to connect to my mobile through Bluetooth.
  
• So I tried a few things from "answers.microsoft.com".
  
• What I tried are:
  

1. Updated my windows to the latest version.
   
2. Updated all windows apps from Microsoft Store.
   
3. Updated my all drivers from HP Support Assistant.
   
4. Performed troubleshoot of Bluetooth from Windows' settings.
   
5. Tried to update drivers from the device manager.
   
6. Removed my device from Bluetooth devices & tried to connect.
   
7. Uninstalled my device from the device manager & restarted my laptop.
   
8. Tried to connect my device again but failed.
   
9. To ensure which device(laptop or mobile) has a Bluetooth connectivity issue, I used another mobile but it was also unable to connect.
   

please suggest to me what should I do now
