Windows 10: I am unable to add new photos from a scandisk

I am unable to add new photos. When I click imprt photos , nothing happens <Changed to a question>

How to use Scandisk on Windows 10?

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps below to run Scandisk.

• Press Windows key + E on your keyboard to open File Explorer.
• In the File Explorer window, click on This PC in the left navigation pane.
• A list of drives is displayed on the right side of the window. Right-click on the drive you want to run Scandisk on and select
  Properties.
• In the Properties window, click on the Tools tab.
• Click the Check button in the Error Checking section.
• The computer needs to restart to run Scandisk without any interruptions.

Unable to get Win10 to recognize EPSON 4870 Photo Scanner

I'll walk you though the steps I do to install my Perfection 1200. I have to do this periodically for some reason to reestablish the 'non-standard' Perfection 2400 driver.

1. Right click on the scanner in Device Manager (as Admin) and select Update Driver. Then select the option to browse my computer for driver software.



2. Then select Let me pick from a list of device drivers....



3. Select Imaging Devices from the next list.



4. Finally, select the correct Epson driver you have installed then click Next. If it isn't listed then something has gone wrong with the driver installation.



5. Hopefully, the scanner should now work?

 

Windows won't let me copy photos from Scandisk to my PC

Just to clarify my post.

I have tried again with the Scandisk. The folder on scandisk that has the photos I want to access has an ADOBE picture against it.

The other photos on the disc, don't have this. I can access them and copy them.

My problem is with the Folder on the Scandisk that is odentified as ADOBE. I don't know how to fix this.
