Windows 10: I am trying to update two items and I am getting a 0x800f0900 error.

I have two updates queued in my Windows Update- 2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5039211- 2024-05 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 KB5038285KB5039211 downloads and installs, but never seems to finish installingKB5038285 downloads quickly and tries to install but then throws the "Download error - 0x800f0900" statusI also have yellow text above all the saying "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" which I assumed came from these two updates.Research indicates it's so

Cindy, I have tried the troubleshooting steps listed by David M. here as this person had a similar issue to me. Windows 11 Update (KB5012592) fails With Error Code 0x800f0900 - Microsoft Community I have tried all of them, I did find corrupted files and I ran windows update troubleshooter. All with no luck.
